Curtis and Meghan

I first met Curtis and Meghan in November over coffee in Owen Sound. It was great to get to know the two of them, discuss wedding plans, and dream up engagement shoot ideas. They both love the outdoors, so it was decided we'd shoot a winter session centred around a rustic, country-feel.

They did an amazing job picking the perfect locations that portrayed their theme. From a weathered old cabin fit for a Ralph Lauren ad at Meghan's parents', to a beautiful horse barn at Curtis's uncle's, and finally a cozy coffee house and walk downtown Owen Sound- I think we captured the look they were going for!

It was so fun hanging out with these two again. August couldn't come soon enough! Enjoy your previews. :)

Nick and Janette

Last week I met Nick and Janette at MacGregor Point Provincial Park for their wintery engagement session. We spent the first half of the shoot wandering a gorgeous snow packed boardwalk through the forest. Janette brought some cute props, and it was so fun to incorporate them into the snowy scene.

For the second half of the shoot, Nick and Janette laced up their skates and we were able to use the park's beautifully maintained ice rink. Thank you Josh. ;) The two of them met while playing pick-up hockey, so I loved that they had suggested a hockey themed session. It suited them perfectly!

These two are adorable, and it was great to finally meet them! I am so excited to shoot their wedding next September. :D

Enjoy your sneak peeks!
